Talent identification group (TIG)
This squad includes athletes who are willing to accept stipulated requirements and are prepared to be tested for skills and fitness.
Inclusion into this squad is by application only, with specific skill and fitness prerequisites.
Annual testing protocols will decide which athletes are admitted and excluded from the squad.
Athletes who are invited to attend annual draft camps but fail to make the draft squad, are encouraged to apply for inclusion into the TIG to ensure they are not lost in the system.
There will be no restriction on the number of athletes included in the TIG.
